Day 1. Although I was playing basketball 3-4 times a week, I was pudgy. NOT sleek and svelte like I used to be. Funny thing is, I never realized how out of shape I really was until I got INTO shape. I didn’t consider myself fat… I just wasn’t where I wanted to be. So I changed my diet and got off my ass and PUSHED HARD.
Day 90. After ONLY 3 months, this is where I found myself. BACK in good shape. BTW – I am 39 in these shots.
